The cafe marks Saturdays’ first foray into food. They have teamed with renowned chef Makoto Asamoto of Unité, Inc. to develop an original menu including baked goods, sandwiches, organic juices, tea, beer and coffee.
Colin Tunstall, Co-Founder of Saturdays, states, "We have served coffee since first opening Saturdays on Crosby Street in New York. We had a backyard where people could hang out, relax and enjoy the experience of being at Saturdays. We've always considered this at all of our locations, but wanted to develop the concept further into more beverage and food options for Osaka."
