United States
Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $23 AUD (approx. $15 USD*) return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Australia & New Zealand
Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $15 AUD return shipping and restocking fee will apply for Australia, and $25 AUD for New Zealand.
International
Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $38 AUD (approx. $25 USD*) return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
*USD amounts are approximate and subject to exchange rates.
Return Conditions

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with swing tags attached.

How to Return
Please visit our returns portal to initiate your return.
Refunds & Credit Notes
Refund – Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Note any original shipping costs are not refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Credit Note – If you prefer, a credit note will be issued as a gift card and sent via email. This will include a unique code that can be redeemed online and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Currency Note: Store credit is held in our default currency (AUD – Australian Dollars) and automatically converted at checkout. If your order was placed in USD, the value of your credit will be displayed in USD when you redeem it. The conversion is handled by Shopify at the current exchange rate at the time of checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your original purchase for a credit and use that credit to place a new order.
In-Store Returns
Please note, we do not offer in-store returns for online orders.
